Qualifications

• At least 10+ years in asset management or related financial services industry.
• Proven track record leading or overseeing projects and change initiatives.
• Solid understanding of core asset management processes across distribution and marketing.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, deliverable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Investments, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance to define objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and operating model changes.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose practical improvements.
• Develop business cases and management information to support decisions.
• Oversee global initiatives ensuring APACxJapan alignment and priorities.
• Provide clear updates to senior management and escalate issues as needed.
• Occasional travel may be required.
