Links International seeks a senior leader to develop and execute the Asia Pacific Fund Services strategy, building a regional platform focused on private capital fund managers across Greater China, Japan and Southeast Asia. You will contribute to global initiatives and represent APAC within the Funds leadership team.

The role drives organic revenue growth across fund administration, accounting and related services, while expanding cross-sell, partnerships and acquisitions in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in fund services, asset servicing or related financial services sectors.
• Significant experience serving private equity, private credit, real estate and alternative investment fund managers.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling businesses in Asia Pacific.
• Experience managing P&L responsibility and delivering commercial growth.
• Strong understanding of Cayman, Hong Kong and Singapore fund structures.
• Experience leading multi-jurisdictional teams.
• Integration and change management experience, including acquisitions and business transformation.
• Extensive relationships across the Asia Pacific alternatives ecosystem.

• Develop and execute the Asia Pacific Fund Services strategy.
• Build a market-leading regional platform focused on private capital fund managers.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across Greater China, Japan and Southeast Asia.
• Contribute to global strategic initiatives and represent Asia Pacific within the broader Funds leadership team.
• Drive significant organic revenue growth across fund administration, fund accounting and related services.
• Develop relationships with fund managers, institutional investors, private capital sponsors and intermediaries.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Expand cross-selling opportunities between fund services, fiduciary, corporate and regulatory service lines.
• Identify and execute strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities where appropriate.
• Act as a senior representative within the Asia Pacific funds industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with key market participants including investment managers, law firms, placement agents, banks, auditors and industry bodies.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic client relationships.
• Enhance brand's market profile and brand recognition across the region.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality fund administration, fund accounting, investor services, governance and regulatory support.
• Maintain strong client service standards while supporting business expansion.
• Lead operational integration of newly acquired businesses.
• Drive productivity, scalability and operational excellence across the platform.
• Ensure appropriate use of technology and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on client service, accountability and growth.
• Recruit and retain senior talent in key markets.
• Foster strong collaboration across regional and global teams.
• Maintain appropriate regulatory, compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
• Support the development and growth of regulated fiduciary and compliance service offerings.
• Work closely with governance, risk and compliance teams across the Group.
