Occasions Asia Pacific in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Omni-Channel Executive for a 1-year contract to lead fragrance and beauty campaigns, combining PR, digital, and events. You will manage cross‑functional projects, coordinate with local and international teams, and craft compelling communications.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PR/marketing experience, a strong media network, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of PR or marketing experience; senior if more experience.
• Strong media network in local news, finance/property, lifestyle, and business sectors.
• Digital knowledge and familiarity with social media channels.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin).

• Act as project leader/team member to manage client projects and provide professional advice.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and media.
• Collaborate with internal teams, overseas offices, and external partners.
• Identify unique media angles to maximize publicity.
• Draft/edit bilingual press and communications materials.
• Plan, organize, and manage PR events.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting (e.g., clippings, proposals).
