Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, integrated communications or marketing communications, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, retail or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of media relations, influencer marketing, social media and event management.
• Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR and marketing communications strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, KOLs and industry stakeholders.
• Drive earned media opportunities and secure quality media coverage.
• Lead consumer PR campaigns, brand launches, media events and experiential activations.
• Manage influencer engagement programmes and partnership initiatives.
• Oversee the preparation of press releases, media materials, proposals and client presentations.
• Ensure campaign delivery is aligned with client objectives, budget and timeline requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare strategic recommendations and reporting.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and new business pitches.
• Stay informed of emerging media trends, social media developments and industry best practices.

Profile

A successful Account Manager - PR Agency should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, integrated communications or marketing communications, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, retail or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of media relations, influencer marketing, social media and event management.
• Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation, copywriting and communication abilities in English and Chinese.
• Experience handling multiple projects within a deadline-driven agency environment.
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.

Job Offer

• Competitive monthly salary between HKD 40,000 and HKD 55,000.
