Job summary

Occasions Asia Pacific 天機亞太集團 in Hong Kong seeks a PR professional to assist in planning and executing campaigns, building media relationships, and monitoring coverage for clients across luxury lifestyle sectors.

You will support outreach, reporting, and client communications, while staying abreast of industry trends and opportunities. The role offers a 5-day work week with medical and dental benefits post-probation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in PR, communications, or journalism
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of social media, traditional media, and influencers, and their use in PR campaigns
• Passion for PR and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Having a good understanding of social media platforms and content, events is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns for our clients, including target outreach, press release writing, events, community management, and social media activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, content creators, and other members of the media
• Monitor coverage by media and influencers, and report on results to clients and senior members of the team
• Maintain client relationships, including attending meetings, preparing reports, and providing timely responses to client inquiries.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and brainstorm new opportunities for clients
• Support the team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing databases, and preparing presentations.
