Occasions Asia Pacific in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant PR Executive to support planning and execution of campaigns, media outreach, relationships with journalists, and reporting results. The role requires 2-3 years' experience in PR, journalism or communications and a bachelor’s degree.

Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns for our clients, including target outreach, press release writing, events, community management, and social media activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, content creators, and other members of the media.
Monitor coverage by media and influencers, and report on results to clients and senior members of the team.
Maintain client relationships, including attending meetings, preparing reports, and providing timely responses to client inquiries.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and brainstorm new opportunities for clients.
Support the team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing databases, and preparing presentations.
2-3 years of experience in PR, communications, or journalism.
Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of social media, traditional media, and influencers, and their use in PR campaigns.
Passion for PR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Having a good understanding of social media platforms, content, and events is a plus.
