Job summary

The English Schools Foundation (ESF) invites applications for a Facilities Manager at South Island School to support the Business & General Manager in overseeing facilities and health & safety. The role leads the site team and coordinates outsourced contractors to keep the campus secure, well-maintained and compliant.

You will manage budgets, ensure statutory compliance, supervise housekeeping, and drive improvements across building services, environmental sustainability, and event support.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management, or related technical subjects.
• Proven record in facilities/property/project management and administration.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team and manage outsourced contractors.
• Oversee Health & Safety and drive improvements.
• Prepare and manage facilities budget.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and project handovers.
• Report to BGM and support event logistics.
