Resocore Asset Management Limited is seeking a Client Onboarding Associate to support new client onboarding, account opening, and document preparation in a fast-paced financial environment.

You will act as the bridge between Sales and clients, ensuring smooth order execution across stocks, bonds, funds, FX, and structured products. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer focus, and teamwork within a dynamic asset management team.

Formación

• University graduates in Business or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years+ of working experience in financial industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong service mindset and ability to understand and capture customer needs.
• Team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and support account opening and document preparation.
• Serve as the main liaison between Sales and clients to ensure smooth order execution (stocks, bonds, funds, FX, structured products).
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer profiles.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Sales team.
• Help collect information to support the Sales team in soliciting new business opportunities.
• Assist Securities and Asset Management departments to improve work efficiency and customer experience.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager.

Clients onboarding with support new clients with account opening, document preparation and follow-up procedures. The service caters to a diverse client base, including individual, corporate, trust, family office, and listed company. Act as the key contact point between the Sales team and clients to ensure smooth order execution (incl stocks, bonds, funds, foreign exchange, structured products, etc.).

Key responsibilities

Clients onboarding with support new clients with account opening, document preparation and follow-up procedures. The service caters to a diverse client base, including individual, corporate, trust, family office, and listed company.

Act as the key contact point between the Sales team and clients to ensure smooth order execution (incl stocks, bonds, funds, foreign exchange, structured products, etc.)

Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer profiles.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the sales team to facilitate daily operations.

Help to collect various information to support the sales team to solicit new business opportunities.

Assist securities and asset management departments to enhance the efficiency of work processes and the quality of customer experience.

Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager.

About you

University graduates in Business or other related disciplines

1-2 years+ of working experiences in financial industry

Detail-orientated, strong service mindset and able to understand and capture customer needs

Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

A team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Highly proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
