Sales & Client Service Support

Act as the primary operational contact for the sales team, providing timely and accurate support on investment-linked products, processing client instructions, and resolving inquiries

Operational Process Management

Execute daily operational tasks, including trade processing, client documentation, and account maintenance. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Compliance & Risk Management

Conduct thorough KYC checks and client due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk assessment frameworks

Data Management & Reporting

Accurately maintain and update the company's records of Assets Under Management (AUM) and assist in the preparation of routine operational and compliance reports

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, compliance) and external service providers (e.g., fund administrators) to ensure operational activities are completed accurately and on schedule . This role needs to support and assist with clients’ portfolio rebalancing / position switches, issue the required instructions to third-party firms as needed or as directed by the team, and obtain feedback and follow up accordingly

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business / Finance or related disciplines preferable

IIQE Paper 1, 3, 5 and / or SFC RA Type 1, 4, 9 a plus

1-3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or sales support role within financial services (asset management, insurance, or banking is a plus)

Basic understanding of financial products, particularly investment-linked insurance policies or mutual funds, is highly advantageous

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin / Cantonese
