Chaos International Financial Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Client Relationship Officer / Customer Service Officer to blend top-tier client service with middle-to-back-office operations.

You will manage account openings, AML checks, settlement processing, and daily data updates, coordinating with internal teams. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is required; post-secondary education or above and familiarity with financial products are a plus.

Senior Client Relationship Officer / Customer Service Officer

This role combines client service excellence with middle-to-back-office operations. The ideal candidate will handle account openings, support regulatory compliance, coordinate settlement processing, and manage essential daily data updates and corporate communications.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via telephone, email, and face-to-face to maintain high satisfaction
• Understand customer profiles, identify their needs, and refer them to the correct business teams
• Process customer account openings, including online account setups
• Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and signature amendments
• Manage daily client funding and withdrawal processes with internal departments

About you

• SFC Type 1 & 2 License holder
• Post-secondary education or above
• Proactive, patient, detail-oriented, with a good service attitude and strong communication skills
• Prior knowledge of financial industry products is an advantage
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
