Job summary

Guotai Junan International is seeking an Account Opening and Compliance Associate in Hong Kong to manage client onboarding for securities, futures, stock options, and FX. The role involves reviewing documentation for KYC, CDD, and AML compliance, plus performing data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Qualifications

• University graduate or above.
• 1 year or more relevant experience in financial industry preferred (Fresh graduates welcome).
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Prudent and attentive to detail.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua a must.
• Good PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Account opening and maintenance for Securities, Futures, Stock Options, FX, etc.
• Review clients' opening documentation per internal standards and regulatory requirements (KYC, CDD, AML checking, etc.).
• Provide operations support (data inputting, document filing and record keeping).
• Handle professional investors applications and renewals.
• Execute ongoing Customer Due Diligence Review.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
