Job summary

郑州博思人才信息服务有限公司 is seeking an experienced sales professional with UPS/BBU backup power expertise to drive international business development. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding regional channels, and building long-term relationships while working remotely.

You will develop opportunities across Europe, Australia, the Americas, and APAC, travel occasionally, and collaborate with engineering and project teams to tailor power solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven sales experience in UPS and/or BBU solutions is required.
• Good understanding of UPS/BBU products, applications and sales channels.
• Experience with data centers, telecoms, industrial customers, or power infrastructure clients is preferred.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a background in UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), BBU (Battery Backup Unit), or related backup power solutions to support our international business development activities.

The role focuses on developing new customers, expanding regional sales channels, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven sales experience in UPS and/or BBU solutions is required.
• Good understanding of UPS/BBU products, applications, and sales channels.
• Experience working with data centers, telecommunications, industrial customers, or power infrastructure clients is preferred.
• Existing customer relationships or distributor networks in relevant markets are highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently develop new customers and manage sales activities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Candidates should ideally be based in their respective markets and have relevant local customer networks.

Remote working arrangements are available, with occasional business travel depending on business needs.
