Job summary

郑州博思人才信息服务有限公司 is seeking an experienced sales professional with UPS/BBU backup power expertise to drive international business development. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding regional channels, and building long-term relationships while working remotely.

You will develop opportunities across Europe, Australia, the Americas, and APAC, travel occasionally, and collaborate with engineering and project teams to tailor power solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven sales experience in UPS and/or BBU solutions is required.
• Good understanding of UPS/BBU products, applications and sales channels.
• Experience with data centers, telecoms, industrial customers, or power infrastructure clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Promote UPS, BBU, and related power solutions to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs and project delivery.
• Develop new accounts and expand business opportunities from scratch.
