Job summary

China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive frontline sales and marketing professional to manage overseas property sales, leasing, and events. You will handle inquiries, update the booking system, and coordinate with internal teams for after-sales service.

The role requires 4–5 years of sales/marketing experience, a degree in Marketing or Business disciplines, and familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media.

• 4-5 years' progressive experience in sales and marketing.
• Degree in Marketing or Business-related disciplines.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools & social media.
• Prefer candidates with existing customer resources in HK construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily inquiries and update booking system & reporting.
• Assist in managing & coordinating end-to-end insurance related business projects.
• To be responsible for the sales & marketing of overseas properties.
• Handle leasing and marketing of shopping mall.

• Large scales residential project, Frontline sales, Sales Office operation
