China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a self-motivated Sales Officer to manage daily sales office operations, present key features, and introduce properties to potential buyers.

The role also involves coordinating with property agents, supporting campaigns, handling purchaser inquiries, and delivering post-sale services as needed, with opportunities for growth in a leading property developer.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 2 years of relevant experience in leading property developer; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proactive and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• 5-day week (on roster).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Officer.
