Job summary

Tai Hung Fai Enterprise Co Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales and Marketing Officer for residential projects. The role involves engaging in initial sales activities, handling inquiries, and interfacing with potential customers, property agencies and the Housing Authority in Hong Kong.

You will perform frontline sales and administrative duties at the sales office and show flats, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery before and after sales, including follow-up support.

Qualifications

• University degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum three years’ relevant experience in initial HK residential project sales.
• Familiarity with HK Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance (Cap. 621).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese, Putonghua) and English.

Engage in first time initial residential apartment sales activities;

Handle enquiries and interface with potential customers, property agencies and Housing Authority, HK;

Perform frontline property sales and administrative duties at the sales office and show flat;

Coordinate with relevant internal Company’s parties to ensure smooth appropriate service delivery before and post-sales including follow-up support.

Requirements:

University degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or any other related discipline;

Minimum three years’ relevant experience in initial HK residential project sales, preferably possessing in-depth knowledge of the HK Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance (Cap. 621);

Familiarity and has connections with HK property agents specializing in residential sales;

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with people from diverse backgrounds;

Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese including Cantonese, Putonghua as well as English;

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
