Job summary

Equal Rich Enterprise Limited is seeking a marketing-driven professional in Hong Kong to plan and execute campaigns and events, drive tenant sales, and grow revenue across hotel and PBSA portfolios. The role emphasizes securing new business, managing pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with 1–3 years of marketing experience (finance industry a plus) and familiarity with digital tools and social media are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
• Enhance brand image, increase foot traffic, and boost tenant sales
• Grow revenue across Hotel and PBSA portfolios
• Hunt, acquire, and convert new business opportunities
• Manage pipelines, KPIs, and cross-functional team collaboration
• Oversee frontline sales, sales office operations and related events

Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Construction Engineering
