Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio in Hong Kong.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, applicators, developers and other stakeholders.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Promote product solutions, communicating their technical and commercial value to customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates and regular reports.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Marketing and Customer Service for effective support.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and monitor performance against targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio across the assigned market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, applicators, developers and other key stakeholders.
• Manage and develop existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
• Promote MAPEI's products and solutions, communicating their technical and commercial value to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates and regular commercial reports.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Technical Services, Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure effective customer support.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and follow up on sales performance against agreed targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably within building materials, construction chemicals or the construction industry.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
