MAPEI is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to strengthen our commercial presence in Hong Kong. You will develop sales opportunities, manage customer relationships and drive business growth across the assigned market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven sales or business development experience in building materials, construction chemicals or related industries.
• Strong ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio in Hong Kong.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, applicators, developers and other stakeholders.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Promote product solutions, communicating their technical and commercial value to customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates and regular reports.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Marketing and Customer Service for effective support.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and monitor performance against targets.
