Job summary

MAPEI in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Project Sales Manager to develop and manage project-related opportunities. You will build relationships with architects, consultants, developers, main contractors and other stakeholders to secure specifications and drive sales.

The role requires strong project sales experience in construction or building materials, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and pipelines through the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in project sales, specification sales or business development in construction/building materials.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities across the Hong Kong construction market.
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, developers, main contractors and other decision-makers.
• Promote project specifications and MAPEI solutions to secure opportunities and sales.
• Manage projects through the sales cycle from identification to tendering and order placement.
• Coordinate with distributors, contractors and internal teams to maximize project conversion.
