Job summary

Komehyo Brand Off Asia Limited is seeking an Administrator to support our Retail teams with event logistics, stock follow-up, and coordination with external partners to ensure smooth sale fulfillment. The role emphasizes strong administrative and customer service skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

The candidate should have DSE or above with 2 years admin experience in retail, be well-organized, bilingual in Chinese and English, and able to handle inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• DSE or above with 2 years admin support experience in the retail industry, with telephone customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good in PC applications, including MS Office.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and responsible, outgoing and self-motivated.
• Good spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics, including promotional materials purchasing and follow up stock management.
• Coordinate with external parties (POS etc) to ensure smooth sale fulfillment.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Retail teams
• Provide excellent customer service duties, including managing customer inquiries/ complain and providing timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
