Sinopec (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Retail Operation Officer (Services Station) to ensure stores follow policies, SOPs, and brand standards. You will develop and implement SOPs to drive operational consistency, and conduct regular store audits to assess performance and compliance.

You will maintain strong partnerships with Store Managers, act as a key liaison with Head Office, and champion best practices across all locations, driving efficiency and business results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Solid knowledge of retail operations, SOPs, compliance, and store performance management.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate, influence, and develop teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (data modeling).

Champion best practices and ensure consistency across all store locations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related disciplines preferred.

Minimum3 years of retail experience.

Solid knowledge of retail operations, SOP implementation, compliance, and store performance management.
