Job summary

Mass Transit Railway is seeking an Officer - Customer Services to support management of station retail facilities, ensuring quality services to tenants and daily operations in the Cross Boundary Segment, including West Kowloon Station and Mainland Port Area. The role requires a degree in Marketing or Business Administration and at least 2 years of marketing experience, with strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Experience in retail shop management or station operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience, preferably in property management or customer services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Experience in retail shop management or station operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing station retail facilities to provide quality services to shop tenants.
• Support development of customer services and operation standards for safety targets.
• Manage service contracts (cleaning, security, ambassadors) and monitor performance.
• Support promotions for station shops and monitor tenants' fittings.
• Collaborate with station operations and stakeholders for station retail operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing station retail facilities in Cross Boundary Segment (including West Kowloon Station and Mainland Port Area) to provide quality management services to shop tenants and support tenants on daily operation
• Support the development of customer services and operational standards to ensure compliance with the Corporation’s requirements and safety targets
• Manage the service contracts including cleaning, security and ambassador services and monitor their performance
• Support the execution of promotion activities for station shops and monitor tenants’ fitting out works
• Work closely with station operations and other stakeholders to implement the operation management of station retail facilities

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience, preferably in property management or customer services industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Experience in retail shop management, supervision of fitting-out works or station operations is an advantage

• Required to perform shift duties and may be required to wear uniform
• Required to work outside office hours as and when necessary
