Sinopec (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Retail Operation Officer (Services Station) to ensure stores follow policies, SOPs, and brand standards. You will develop and implement SOPs to drive operational consistency, and conduct regular store audits to assess performance and compliance.

You will maintain strong partnerships with Store Managers, act as a key liaison with Head Office, and champion best practices across all locations, driving efficiency and business results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Solid knowledge of retail operations, SOPs, compliance, and store performance management.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate, influence, and develop teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (data modeling).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure stores operate in line with company policies, SOPs, guidelines, and brand standards.
• Develop, review, update and implement SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct regular store audits and operational assessments.
• Monitor compliance in customer service, merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions with store teams.
• Maintain partnerships with Store Managers to drive performance.
• Act as liaison between Head Office and stores for strategy execution.
• Champion best practices and consistency across all locations.
