Job summary

ParknShop is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee day-to-day supermarket operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive KPIs, manage inventories, merchandising, promotions and customer service quality while leading and coaching a motivated team.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or related service industry, strong commercial sense and leadership ability, with formal education at secondary level or above.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in retail or service industry; preferably in food or supermarket
• Strong commercial sense and customer oriented
• Good organizing, communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of supermarkets
• Drive store KPIs including sales and profitability, store operations standard, shrinkage and cost control, customer service excellence and manpower planning through effective business strategies and team collaboration
• Monitor the stock inventory, in-store visual merchandising and marketing promotion display to maximize sales performance and enhance customer experience
• Provide training and coaching to team members to maintain a highly motivated and productive workforce
• Identify customers’ needs and build strong customer relationships
