7-Eleven, Inc. in Hong Kong is seeking a Retail Projects Specialist to support and coordinate retail system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, UAT, implementation and rollout activities.

You will provide day-to-day support for retail systems to ensure smooth store operations, coordinate with stores, IT teams and vendors, monitor performance, and prepare reports and user guides for management.

Formación

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration, Retail Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail systems support, business applications support, retail operations or project coordination.
• Knowledge of POS, store operation systems and retail business processes is preferred.

Do you have experience in Retail Support?

Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration, Retail Management or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail systems support, business applications support, retail operations or project coordination.

Knowledge of POS, store operation systems and retail business processes is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset..

Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Customer-oriented, detail-minded and able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
