Chanel is seeking a Learning and Engagement Manager to elevate frontline teams with the right knowledge, skills and behaviors, delivering the Ultimate Boutique Experience. You will partner with North Asia markets, shape learning experiences and co-create curricula that support brand standards and client relationships.

You will lead in-learning design, test new technologies, and measure program effectiveness across markets, fostering a Passion for Fashion and a service excellence mindset

Qualifications

• You have extensive experience in retail learning and group animation.
• Strong public speaking, storytelling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead learning initiatives across markets and adapt methodologies.
