Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance against key retail metrics, including current and savings account (CASA) growth, consumer loans, mortgages, credit cards, and fee-based wealth/insurance products.
• Execute local marketing and outreach strategies to attract new retail customers and expand the bank's market share within the local community.
• Oversee portfolio management to nurture existing customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a customer-centric retail team, fostering an environment of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Personally manage relationships with affluent or high-net-worth retail customers, providing tailored financial guidance.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations promptly and professionally.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Relevant retail banking or wealth management certifications are a strong plus.
• Experience: Minimum of [5–7 years] of progressive experience in retail banking, with at least [3 years] in a branch leadership or assistant manager capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding retail sales targets, deposit goals, and consumer lending KPIs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail banking products (deposits, mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, and basic investments/insurance).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for coaching people.
  • Strong operational risk mindset and familiarity with consumer protection regulations.
