Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is partnering with a premier global financial institution to recruit a Retail Branch Manager in Hong Kong. The role leads branch operations, drives CASA and lending performance, and delivers world-class customer experiences.

You will coach a retail team, manage affluent client relationships, and execute local marketing strategies to grow market share while ensuring compliance with consumer protection regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding retail sales targets and KPIs.
• Leadership, coaching and people-management skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance across CASA growth, loans, mortgages, credit cards, and wealth/insurance products.
• Execute local marketing and outreach to attract new customers and grow market share.
• Oversee portfolio management and deepen customer relationships to maximize lifetime value.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing retail team with accountability and continuous learning.
• Manage relationships with affluent clients and provide tailored financial guidance.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations promptly and professionally.
