Job summary

CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited is seeking a Branch Manager to develop branch sales and marketing plans and drive sustainable business results, while ensuring governance and compliance across the branch.

You will oversee day-to-day sales activities, uphold service standards to exceed customer expectations, and lead staff to achieve the bank's vision within corporate directives. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, Putonghua an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Business or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years' practical experience in Retail Banking, with key focus in Sales & Marketing Management.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
