Job summary

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) in Hong Kong is seeking a Branch Manager to lead Retail Channel Management and promote the bank’s corporate and community image.

You will drive the branch’s strategies, supervise staff in cross-selling, ensure compliance, and maintain premises to uphold the bank’s standards.

This role requires a university degree, at least six years in banking with management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

• Create an effective communication channel among staff.
• Ensure daily branch operations meet internal controls & compliance requirements.
• Supervise selling activities to comply with internal guidelines & external regulations.
• Upgrade staff quality through training and coaching to boost morale.

Job description

• Promote the Bank’s corporate & community image
• Attain the business goals of Retail Channel Management
• Institute the branch’s strategies and implement marketing programs and action plans in line with the overall objective of Retail Channel Management
• Mobilize and supervise all branch staff in cross-selling of bank products and develop multiple relations with our customers
• Enhance the Bank’s image through maintaining decent condition of the branch premises fixtures and equipment at all times
• Create an effective communication channel amongst all staff
• To ensure the branch daily operation meets the Bank’s requirements in internal control & compliance issues
• Supervise and ensure the selling activities within the branch are complied with internal guidelines & external regulatory requirements
• Upgrade the quality of all branch staff through effective training and coaching and boost their morale through motivation

Requirements:
