Job summary

Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong – a premier hotel group within Auberge Hospitality – seeks an experienced F&B supervisor to lead dining operations at Discovery Bay. You will supervise service standards, coach staff, collaborate on promotions, and ensure cost control, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while maintaining professional appearance.

The role requires 6+ years in F&B with supervisory experience, a hospitality management certificate, and fluency in English and Chinese; WSET is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years Food and Beverage experience, with at least 2 years at supervisory level.
• WSET Level One or above is preferable.
• Strong professional presentation and decorum in all guest interactions.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Provide continuous coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop promotional activities aimed at boosting business.
• Estimate operating equipment and supplies consumption, manage the purchase within budget.
• Ensure restaurant hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
• Oversee and enforce staff grooming standards to present a professional appearance.
• Ensure operations follow departmental standards, opening/closing procedures, and up-selling initiatives.
