Job summary

The Murray in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily F&B operations at a premium venue. You will drive service standards, manage budgets and staff to deliver a memorable guest experience. You should have at least 8 years in F&B, with 4 in management, a higher diploma or above in hospitality, and familiarity with LQA standards.

Strong leadership, financial acumen and teamwork are essential. Experience in lounge establishments preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Food & Beverage operations, with 4 years in a managerial role.
• Higher diploma or above in hospitality management or related discipline.
• Experience in lounge establishments and knowledge of LQA standards preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead a motivated, cohesive team.
• Strong business sense with knowledge of P&L review.
