Job summary

The Murray in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence and alignment with LQA standards. You will lead a team, refine strategies, and oversee rosters and inventory to deliver a memorable dining experience.

With 5+ years in F&B within a reputable hotel and Mandarin language proficiency a plus, you will coach colleagues, maintain strong customer service, and resolve guest feedback promptly.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or above in hospitality management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage experience in a well-established hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.
• Experience in lounge establishments and Forbes and LQA standards preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and foster a cohesive environment for colleagues.
• Strong customer service orientation with good problem-solving and operational skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Supervisor position.
