Job summary

Dining Art Group (HK) Limited is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager / Supervisor in Hong Kong. The role supports daily operations, inventory control, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure excellent service and compliance with health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate shows strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with fluency in English and Cantonese/ Mandarin. The position offers growth opportunities and a competitive monthly salary up to HKD 30,000.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in hotel management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Western restaurants is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Handle customer complaints, questions, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
• Step in for the Restaurant Manager when absent.
