Job summary

Dining Art Group (HK) Limited invites applications for a Restaurant Supervisor at Nordic Fine Dining in Sheung Wan. Assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams.

Candidates should have at least a diploma in hotel management, 3 years in Western dining, strong leadership and bilingual English and Cantonese/Mandarin. The role offers a structured path to supervisory leadership and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hotel management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Western restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for supervisory positions.
