You will play a pivotal role in leading daily floor operations, upholding elevated service standards, driving profitability, and mentoring our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service execution, efficient table management, and strict adherence to high service standards.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor floor supervisors and staff; foster an engaged team culture and maintain service consistency across all shifts.

• Drive revenue through effective budgeting, marketing initiatives, and upselling strategies alongside the management team.

• Act as a key presence on the dining floor, building strong connections with members and guests while handling customer feedback with poise and professionalism.

• Support day-to-day administrative duties including inventory control, staff scheduling, POS system management, and cost containment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in premium dining, high-end restaurants, or prestigious hospitality venues.

• Strong floor leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to run busy lunch and dinner shifts smoothly.

• Native or fluent command of spoken and written English; good command of Cantonese is required. Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Solid understanding of Western dining service, wine and beverage operations, floor logistics, and FOH administration.

• Exemplary personal presentation, strong emotional intelligence, and high standards of hospitality.
