Job summary

Fulum Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Area Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring service quality and brand standards are consistently met.

You will drive financial performance, manage teams, implement policies, and coordinate with senior management to elevate guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality/F&B management experience with 5–7 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of financial management, budgeting and cost control in hospitality.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards in hospitality.
• English and Cantonese communication; Mandarin preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned multiple restaurants, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
• Monitor financial performance and budgeting of multiple restaurants, identifying cost‑saving opportunities whilst maintaining service quality
• Manage and supervise team members of multiple restaurants, including recruitment, training, performance management and staff development
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence across all locations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety and hospitality standards
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Liaise with senior management to report on restaurants' performance and elevate issues requiring higher‑level decision making
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners and suppliers
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in hospitality / F&B management, with at least 5-7 years in management role
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Sound understanding of financial management, budgeting and cost control in a hospitality environment
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards relevant to the hospitality industry
• Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is preferred)
• Ability to work flexibly and respond effectively to the demands of a fast‑paced environment
• Customer service excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Previous experience managing multiple locations or departments are advantage
