Job summary

Dough Bros Global Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple Dough Bros locations on-site, drive day-to-day operations and implement business strategies.

You will lead teams, monitor sales, ensure service quality, hygiene, and food safety, while collaborating with the management to open new stores and expand the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food service or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Fluency in English (Cantonese preferred).

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations for 5–10 Dough Bros locations.
• Overseeing and assisting with the opening of new store locations.
• Monitoring and improving service, hygiene, food safety, appearance and product quality.
• Managing roster creation, sick leave, and shift cover.
• Organising and expediting catering orders.
• Interviewing new staff candidates and training existing staff.
• Ensuring adherence to Dough Bros policies and handling customer inquiries.

Job title: Area Manager

Reporting to: Operation Manager

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing a team of employees. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include supervising staff, monitoring sales performance, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business plans.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the daily operations for 5-10 Dough Bros Locations.
• Overseeing and the assisting with the opening of new store locations.
• Monitoring and improving the Service, Hygiene, Food Safety, Appearance & Product Quality across designated shop locations.
• Managing Roster creation, Sick leave, and shift cover.
• Managing day to day maintenance tasks.
• Organising and expediting catering orders.
• Analyse and improve shop level financial performance.
• Interviewing new staff candidates.
• Training, monitoring, and reviewing new & existing staff.
• Suggesting improvements to operational systems to the Senior Operations Manager.
• Managing team’s discipline and ensuring the adherence to Dough Bros Policy.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
