Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Property Management Assistant to support daily operations of a residential building. You will assist the Property Manager, handle enquiries, schedule inspections, and help maintain safety and cleanliness standards for common areas.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in related fields, are fluent in English and Chinese, and possess good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Housing Management, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in property management or residential building operations is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with high passion, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to handle clients and tenants independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and facilities management of the residential property.
• Handle enquiries, service requests, and feedback from tenants, residents, and owners in a professional and courteous manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and security.
• Liaise and coordinate with external contractors and service vendors for routine maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
• Assist in drafting management notices, circulars, incident reports, and meeting documents.
• Support the organization of residents' activities, festive events, or clubhouse operations.
• Carry out administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
