Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Property Officer to advise on property management of our managed buildings. You will administer a portfolio of commercial, residential, and retail properties and liaise with the building-in-charge to assure service quality for clients and tenants.

The role requires a Diploma in real estate or related field, 1 year of relevant experience, and knowledge of local ordinances.

Formación

• Diploma holder in real estate, building management or related discipline.
• 1 year's relevant experience in a sizable property management company.
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances.
• Excellent client relationship management.
• Initiative and able to work independently.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Administer a property portfolio of commercial and residential buildings and shopping malls.
• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to clients and tenants.
• Act as the company's representative to deal with enquiries of clients and tenants.
