Job summary

Qualifications

• Secondary education (HKDSE) or above.
• 1+ year property management experience preferred.
• Facility control room experience preferred.
• Mature, well-organised, with strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; good Cantonese communication.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol properties to ensure safety and security.
• Ensure all facilities operate normally and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist supervisor with follow-up on complaints and emergency incidents.
