Job summary

Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is seeking a Reservations Clerk to handle inquiries and reservations for the hotel in Tung Chung. You will provide accurate hotel information, perform upselling over the phone, and maintain courteous service to guests.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or above in Hospitality, is familiar with Opera and MS Office, and can communicate effectively in English and Chinese. Prior hotel experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines.
• Familiar with Opera system and MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, inquiries and answer emails
• Perform upselling skills and courtesy over the phone
• Provide accurate hotel information to guest while handling the reservations
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Reservations Manager
