Job summary

Upper House Hong Kong is seeking a Reservations Officer to join our attentive team in Admiralty. You will input and update room reservations in the property management system and assist guests with inquiries on services, facilities and rates.

Collaborating with Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Restaurant & Bar, you’ll ensure guest requirements are met, while upselling hotel products. English and Chinese fluency is essential, Putonghua a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year working experience in hotel, catering or other service industry.
• A diploma or certificate holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Familiar with the Infor HMS would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a strong attention to details. Fully computer literate.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua or other language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inputs and updates room reservations into the hotel’s property management system accurately.
• Handles guest inquiries related to hotel services, facilities and rates.
• Coordinates with Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Restaurant & Bar to arrange guest requirements.
• Alerts Director of Reservations & Revenue to changes in room inventory.
• Upsells the hotel’s products and services.
• Undertakes other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
