Job summary

BAH Partners Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to assist researchers and enhance their daily technology experience. You will diagnose issues, support the desktop environment and help implement practical automation.

You will build internal tools, work with AI-assisted tools, and collaborate with end users to deliver reliable solutions across applications and infrastructure. The role requires strong AD expertise, Python skills, and a passion for streamlining

Qualifications

Strong experience in desktop support and Active Directory.
Solid software engineering skills, preferably Python.
Experience developing internal tools, APIs, automation or web applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD and deployment workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with end users.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical issues with researchers and deliver practical solutions.
Develop internal tools, automation and applications to improve productivity.
Support and manage desktop infrastructure, including Active Directory.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance engineering efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues across applications, systems and infrastructure.
