Job summary

Mega Global Securities Limited seeks an IT Support Specialist based in Admiralty, Hong Kong. You will provide daily IT helpdesk support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain networks while leveraging coding skills to automate tasks.

The role requires strong Python proficiency, familiarity with C, Java, HTML and SQL, and solid experience with Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS. A Master's degree in a STEM field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM discipline preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python; familiar with C, Java, HTML, and SQL.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office / M365 and email systems; solid understanding of Windows/macOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT helpdesk support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network maintenance.
• Manage Microsoft 365, enterprise email systems, and office productivity tools.
• Write Python scripts to automate routine IT workflows and data tasks.
