Toptal is seeking a Manager, SMB Sales to lead a team of Client Advisors in a fast-moving, high-velocity inbound environment. You will coach, hire, and drive performance across discovery, qualification, and portfolio selling from first contact to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in B2B sales with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to improve team conversion and deals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Coach Client Advisors on discovery, qualification, and deal management.
• Hire and build a high-performing inbound SMB sales team.
• Develop and refine the inbound playbook to improve conversion.
• Lead performance reviews and provide structured feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders across Talent, Experience, and People.
