Job summary

Syniverse is seeking a global pre-sales technical leader to drive identification, creation, and integration of multi-solution opportunities. You will work with Sales to provide SME technical expertise and commercial support throughout the selling process, focusing on closures.

You will liaise with Product Management and R&D to feedback customer needs, respond to RFXs, and present industry solutions to customers while traveling up to 50% Internationally.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business Admin or Marketing (or equivalent)
• Sales or sales support experience desirable
• Typically 2-5 years of general business experience including product portfolios, leadership roles, and telecom background

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales SME and sales support across all stages of the sales cycle for multiple complex solution areas.
• Develop and present technical system solutions and sales proposals to customers.
• Act as principal liaison for Sales on technical solutions with other parts of the organization for opportunities.
• Lead in closing complex technical sales across solution areas.
• Provide frontline technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations and system installations.
• Define market requirements to Product teams, influencing product investments and roadmaps.
• Develop solution-specific Attack Plans for global customer segments.
• Execute ongoing customer competitive analyses and market studies.
• Assist Sales team as technical lead in revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for multiple product areas at industry meetings, user groups and trade shows.
• Participate in product teams and R&D to provide input on customer needs and market insights
