Syniverse is seeking a global pre-sales technical leader to deliver advanced support in identifying, creating, and integrating solutions across multiple complex areas for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with Sales to close opportunities, provide technical SME input, and help shape product directions worldwide.

Travel up to 50% may be required; join a team driving innovative connectivity solutions with a flexible/remote work model and a strong focus on customer success and market

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing.
• Sales or sales support experience desirable.
• Typically 2-5 years of general business experience including: developing and managing product portfolios; and/or leadership roles; and/or telecommunications background.
• Expert technical subject matter expertise across multiple solution areas and industry technologies.
• Strong leadership, analytical and organisation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong public speaking abilities.
• Native in Mandarin and Cantonese, also fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical pre-sales SME and sales support to global teams across multiple complex solution areas.
• Develop and present technical system solutions and sales proposals.
• Act as principal liaison on behalf of Sales with other parts of the organization for opportunities.
• Lead in closing complex technical sales in multiple solution areas.
• Provide frontline technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations and installations.
• Define market requirements to Product teams and influence roadmaps.
• Help achieve and exceed sales targets across multiple areas.
• Develop attack plans for global customer segments.
• Execute competitive analyses and market studies.
• Assist Sales team as technical lead in revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for industry meetings and trade shows.
• Participate in product teams and R&D to provide market input.
