Job summary

A leading financial institution in Hong Kong is seeking a talented individual for an SME lending role. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end lending process and ensure compliance with bank policies while delivering excellent customer service. Ideal applicants will possess at least 3 years of sales experience in banking or financial products, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive, energetic attitude. Competitiveness and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience in Banking or financial lending products.
• Basic knowledge of KYC for SMEs is preferred.
• Strong drive to succeed and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow through the end-to-end SME lending process until drawdown.
• Fulfil KPI assigned by the bank.
• Handle client enquiries and deliver satisfactory customer service.
